Shippings

Our products will be dispatched with express courier. Delivery times are calculated based on working days and do not include Bank holidays.

Please, be aware of our made-to-order practise. After you have ordered, we start to hand-make the clothes, which it can take up to 2 weeks before shipping. The date will differ, but as you understand, good things take time.

Bear with us, while we tailor for you ♡ 

Italy: shipping costs amount to €10,00 for standard shipping (from 2 to 6 working days). 

EU: shipping costs amount to €20,00 for standard shipping (about 10/15 working days), to €40,00 for express shipping (about 2/4 working days). 

For non-EU shipments: shipping costs range from €25,00 to €75,00 depending on your zone.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We remind you that if you want to return your item, it has to be in the same condition you got it, without wear or use, with tags, and in its original packaging, with no defects or stains of any kind.

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Refunds

Once your return will be approved, we will ask you to specify your bank details via mail: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC, or your paypal address necessary for the refund to be made.

You’ll be refunded as soon as possible; in any case, within 30 days from receipt in our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
