Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We remind you that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and must not have any defects or stains of any kind.

We remind you that the return shipping costs are charged to the customer. 

Refunds

Once your return will be approved, we will ask you to specify your bank details via mail: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC, or your paypal address necessary for the refund to be made.

You’ll be refunded as soon as possible; in any case, within 30 days from receipt in our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
